The LbNA patches are available without a bulk order. The bulk order note has
been removed from the LbNA regalia page but somehow keeps popping back up.

I'm sure it has something to do with the way the pages are updated.

Individual orders are accepted ; I have about 150 logo paches in stock right
now.
Sorry, I don't have a paypal account set up.

The merit badges can be purchased from Chris' Creations through LBNA's
regalia order form.
